Ongoing Settlement Support — Enhanced Monthly Plan For newcomers who want more consistent, closer support as they settle in, this plan builds on the essentials with a deeper level of ongoing care. We begin with an initial needs discussion, then guide you through AHCIP navigation, SIN application guidance, bank account setup, school enrolment guidance, utility and phone setup, and a basic orientation to your Calgary neighbourhood. Each month after that, you’ll receive two 60-minute sessions, up to eight brief WhatsApp or email questions, and one in-person accompaniment appointment, along with priority scheduling whenever you need to be seen sooner.
